Once your customer RSVPs or purchases tickets to one of your events, they will receive an email that looks like this:
We don't currently offer any ways to customise the colours and branding of this email (that's coming in the future) but what you can do is add an additional message to the bottom of the email.
Head to the editor and select the event you'd like to add the message to:
Click RSVP/Tickets and scroll down until your see Confirmation Email Message. Enter your message in here.
After you have entered your message, this will appear inside the confirmation email when your customer places an order:
