When setting up a RSVP or tickets for your event, you might want to insist that your customers agree to your 'terms and conditions' as part of the process. The easiest way to do this is with our Form Fields feature.

Select the event you wish to edit in the editor, select RSVP/Tickets top left. Scroll down until you see the Rsvp Form Fields option.

Click 'Add Rsvp Field'.

This creates a new field in your form. You should be able to see this on the right.

However, we don't want a text field. We want a checkbox. Use the settings on the left to change the field to a textbox.

Your field should now look like this:

Nearly there!

You can use the options on the left to do something like this:

I've changed the text to 'I agree to the terms and conditions' and I've also set the field to be 'required'. This means no one will be able to complete the form without checking this box.

The last thing that may be useful to you is to make the text 'terms and conditions' clickable. To do this, highlight 'terms and conditions' and click the link icon.

This will open the box to configure your link:

I heavily recommend setting the link to open in a new window, so it doesn't interrupt the flow as much for your customer.
